Richie is a highly respected Haitian musician and a man of many talents. He is the bedrock of 'Klass' who sings, plays drums, crafts the songs or acts as a producer. The other important collaborating talented members of his group include: Edersse Stanis (Pipo) lead singer, Grorges Lavaud (sound), Hervé Bastien (manager), Louixéne Floristal or Pozo, Jean Pierre Francisque, Nuxon Mesidor or Nixon, Kevin Gaippe or Belkod and Soso brezo.

However, about two years ago, on September 2012, Klass's Grand Premier at Amazura Night Club had given them some alerts which the group should remember and take care of. The band had received some harsh criticism from some of the Haitian Music Industry observers. The group should stop every blaming game, accept defeat gracefully and act like a real human being. Richie should look for a replacement to compliment the talented Klemay. Further, sound does not always remain up to par. People expect to enjoy in exchange for their money. The band group should reach their venues at a time so that they can arrange and settle properly. The band members should be divided into teams and hit appropriate promotional mediums. If the dancers do not synchronize the music, they may be dropped.
