Stevy Mahy, The singer with original beauty

Born in Paris, Stevy Mahy had a background of music since her childhood. Both of her parents were musicians. Stevy realized that MySpace could be the perfect outlet for music and she turned out to be right. She signed up with MySpace where she met Victor. Over a period of 6 months, during their communication through MySpace, Stevy and Victor came close to each other. Stevy asked Victor to perform live on a TV program and this further strengthened their relationship.

Soon, Stevy received an opportunity to work with Victor on his album called 'Inspire Me'. She performed in Guadeloupe, her hometown and never regretted that. She rather felt comfortable about that and believed that charity usually beings at home.

Stevy has an extraordinary capability of singing in three different languages. She can sing in Creole, French and English. This extraordinary capability of Stevy has actually challenged many signers from around the world but she never took it as challenge but rather looks at her talent as her medium to express her emotions and feelings.

Stevy Mahy does not have a team or she is not a part of any band. She is rather a solo performer with the only person who works with her is Joel Jaccoulet. Joel takes the guitar and the melody comes from Stevy. Stevy and Joel together released an album called 'The Beautiful side Of a Kreyol Folk Trip'. The album had a song called 'Beautiful'. The song became so popular that it took the number 1 position in just one week. Stevy however, never had this kind of expectation because she sang just to express her emotions and it turned out that the world heard her!
