Nu Look " La Vie à Deux " Feat. Tanya St Val
Here is a song that has been making its round and seems to be appreciated by the public. Song extracts from Nu Look latest album "I Got this" released on nov 2013.
Mesanmi, Nu Look ape monte pli ho. Ah, se yon bel djaz oiu, sa yo bay pou Nu-Look la. Eske gen yon lot Arly Larivière ki ka fel konsa.
Big Night in Little Haiti (BNLH), happening every 3rd Friday of the month, is held at Little Haiti Cultural Center. Several sponsors, among them Hyper Malt, North Miami FIAT, American Airlines, Miami-Dade Cultural Affairs, and the National Endowment for the Arts make it possible.
Konpa band Nu Look will be headlining this month at BNLH with lead singer and keyboardist Arly Larivierre at the helm. He has released his latest CD iGotThis and talked with the media to share the big change in the band's lineup.
Arly said in order to survive in the music industry, musicians must be ready to reinvent themselves every decade to be relevant and keep selling records. A recent shakeup in Nu Look saw the unexpected departures of lead vocalists Gazzman Pierre and Pipo Edersse, which motivated Arly to become the sole lead singer of the band.
Nu Look had been burdened with band member problems, specifically concert audience's idolization of keyboardist Arly, who whenever he sang a number stopped the show, overshadowing the lead vocalists. Now that Arly is in charge ". . . fans will hear a new sound . . . I believe they will embrace." On iGotThis Arly will be singing on every track, mixing up-tempo with love songs for his fans.
Arly's intent as a performer is to ensure his fans really enjoy themselves at his shows and leave the concert venue feeling up and positive, looking forward to his next release and show.
