This is a song that will bring you back to the good old days in Haiti. What I like the most about the song and the video in particular is that the artist use the Title "Alekile" and use it in such a way to remind you of the way things were in Haiti years ago

As I was growing up in Haiti, most of my toys were hand made. I did not go to the store to buy my toys. I only realized that although I was unable to afford them financially, there was something special with these toys that most children in these so called develop countries will never understand. It use to take me days and sometimes weeks to build these toys since I had to find the various materials by myself to build the from scratch.

Because it took me a lot of efforts, resources and skills to build them, I came to appreciate them more.
