For years, Ralph Condé's career was overdue for an explosion that he received during the mid-1980s with Papash and Ralph registered 3 best-selling albums. In 1994, Condé left Papash to form Vag. Some of the original members of Papash joined him. Two years later in 1996 Ralph joined Tabou Combo, a Haitian group. It was with this band that Ralph's international career was kicked off. In 2003 Ralph left for Montreal, Canada where he formed a new group called BANJO. In 2003 Robert Martino left the band called Top Vice. It was then than Top Vice invited Ralph to join the group. Condé accepted the offer and moved to Miami and joined Top Vice.

During these years, he worked as a composer, guitarist and a singer for all the groups he worked with. He also worked as a solo performer. His solo performance by the title Gwada was a big hit in French Antilles. Another solo album called Akoustikreyol was released in 2008. He has also produced sound track for Oasis - a Haitian movie. Currently Ralph resides in Miami, Florida and keeps his recording studio open for musicians around the globe. He also runs a guitar clinic online for people interested in learning Kompa guitar.
